A feather-shaped brooch, inspired by a historical anecdote from the history of the Hotel des Indes in The Hague. The hotel was once a city palace with magnificent halls and rooms. Legend has it that the baron placed a feather in the door to let his servants know he was not to be disturbed.

About Michael Barnaart

The work of Dutch fashion designer Michael Barnaart best translates as a combination of fashion, graphic design and art. Since 2024, he has been living and working in France on his now-famous collection of knitted and jersey dresses. The designs are sleek, with seemingly simple lines and bright colors, yet with a subtle eye for detail. And they are very wearable.
