Orders & Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your parcel. You can also choose to collect your order free of charge at the museum.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your order and delivery address. We ship via PostNL, with rates starting from €4.95 within the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium, the minimum rate is €13. Would you like to send your design gifts to another country? Simply add the items to your shopping bag to view the shipping costs for your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. Shipping costs per country can be calculated in your shopping basket. If you’re having your order delivered outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties and VAT on the goods you’ve purchased. The courier service will charge you directly for any applicable duties and taxes.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to modify your order once it’s been placed. Please double-check your details and items before completing your purchase.You can only cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please contact us via shop@voorlinden.nl to check the status of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Of course! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt by emailing shop@voorlinden.nl. We will then send you further instructions.
How do I return an item?
Send an email to shop@voorlinden.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll then provide further instructions.
My order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty. What should I do?
That’s certainly not what we intended! Please email shop@voorlinden.nl and we’ll work with you to find the right solution.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), or Bancontact.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. We use a secure SSL connection and partner with trusted payment providers.
Product Information
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
That depends on the product. Many of our design items are made in limited editions or are even one of a kind. Please contact us via shop@voorlinden.nl and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! You can purchase physical gift tickets for a visit to Museum Voorlinden. These entry tickets are available for adults and for young people aged 13–18 (children up to and including 12 years can always visit the museum for free). You can also buy gift vouchers in various amounts, which can be used for entry tickets, purchases in the museum shop, and in the Voorlinden restaurant. You’ll find them under the Gifts section in the menu.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not required. However, creating one makes it easier to track and manage your orders.
