How does returning work?

Send an email to shop@voorlinden.nl stating your order number, which product(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason why.

Would you like to exchange an item? Please let us know which product you would like to receive instead. We will then send you instructions on how best to return your item(s).

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Museum Voorlinden is not responsible for any loss during return shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.
• Returns of discounted items are not accepted. These items can, however, be exchanged.
